Used Only to Find Your Photos
For a one-time search, your selfie or liveness video and the facial data created for the search are not retained after the search is complete. If you choose “Find my photos & notify me,” we retain the facial template needed to look for new matches until the service ends or you ask us to delete it.
Protected at Every Step
Your personal data is protected using security measures designed for sensitive information. Data is encrypted in transit, and facial matching takes place within access-controlled, firewalled environments supported by logging, monitoring and controls over service providers.
Your Face Data Is Not for Sale
We do not sell or license your facial templates. We do not use your selfie or facial-matching data to search unrelated galleries without the permissions required by law.
You Stay in Control
Your search is private to you. Only you can initiate a search of your face and receive the resulting matches. Photographers do not receive your selfie, facial data or contact details.
